Processing & Shipping Times

Standard Orders

  • Standard orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days.
  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Overnight Shipping

  • Orders must be placed by 10:00 AM EST to qualify for same-day overnight processing.
  • Orders submitted after 10:00 AM EST will be processed on the following business day.
  • Delivery times are subject to carrier operations and cannot be guaranteed by Bénie Amour.
  • Additional overnight shipping fees apply at checkout.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items are specially produced and require additional processing time.
  • Pre-order shipping may take approximately 30–60 days from the date your order is placed.
  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Bénie Amour is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misplaced packages.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • Monitoring tracking updates after shipment.
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please carefully verify your shipping address before submitting your order. Bénie Amour is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

All sales and pre-orders are final sale.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed.
